In Thailand, a tanker truck carrying 1.7 tons of methamphetamine was intercepted. Thai police stopped a fuel truck and found a massive shipment of narcotics inside. The tanker was carrying approximately 1.7 tons of crystalline methamphetamine, as well as 50 kg of ketamine. The total value of the seized goods is estimated to be over 200 million baht. Thailand continues its large-scale campaign against transnational drug cartels that use the country as a transit route in Southeast Asia.
